Your role
- Welcoming students and managing lease agreements
- Following up the implementation of features in Planon and managing the improvement of the software (regular contacts with the service provider)
- Allocating university accommodation
- Managing arrivals and departures in the university residences
- Following up payments and reinvoicing
- Monitoring, documenting and communicating information and data related to the management of lease agreements
- General communication tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, updating information on the website, updating information in the Planon tool (software used for accommodation)
- Managing complaints
Your profile
We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and conscientious Student Officer.
The recruited employee will be expected to provide highly responsible and professional services by handling administrative and organizational activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or first experience in a comparable role
- Very good knowledge of English and French (both spoken and written), German would be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of proficiency in standard IT tools (Excel mostly, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proactivity, reliability, open-mindedness and diplomacy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced international academic environment
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural and multilingual environment
