Your Mission
Acting as a key part of the second line of defense, you will ensure that risk management and governance functions are robustly defined and supervised.
- Risk Management: Identify, measure, mitigate, and monitor the full spectrum of risks, including Credit, Market, Liquidity, Operational, and ICT/Security risk.
- Regulatory & Strategy: Contribute to critical regulatory deliverables such as ICAAP/ICLAAP, Recovery Plans, and Pillar 3 reporting.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to risk policies and evolving banking regulations.
- Operational Excellence: Manage risk escalations, implement corrective action plans, and support stress testing and risk modeling (ECL, IRRBB, liquidity).
- Innovation: Drive the continuous improvement of risk management frameworks, internal systems, and monitoring tools in close coordination with business units.
Your Profile
- Experience: Proven professional experience as an Operational Risk Officer within the banking sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of risk modeling and a global view of banking risks (including ICT and Security).
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in French and English.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working independently. You are a problem-solver who can translate complex data into actionable risk monitoring.
