Our client, a prestigious European law firm with a strong global presence, is seeking an AML Manager to lead and coordinate its EU AML operations from Luxembourg. Your responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the EU AML team, ensuring smooth cross-border operations.
- Maintain, update, and implement the EU AML Manual and compliance framework.
- Serve as the key point of escalation for complex AML and regulatory matters.
- Conduct AML reviews and operational compliance tasks as needed.
- Deliver team training and drive strategic development initiatives.
- Interpret and apply new legal requirements under European AML standards.
Your profile:
- Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
- Minimum 3 years' AML experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of European AML regulations and frameworks.
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
