Litigation Lawyer (German-Speaking)

Introduction :

We are currently supporting a leading international law firm in Luxembourg in the recruitment of a German-speaking Litigation Lawyer with prior experience on the Luxembourg market.

Our client is a globally recognised law firm with a strong presence across key financial centres, advising top-tier financial institutions, investment funds, multinational corporates and asset managers. Responsibilities :

As part of the Dispute Resolution team, you will be involved in a wide range of complex and high-value matters, including:

• Commercial and corporate litigation

• Fund-related disputes and financial services litigation

• Enforcement proceedings and restructuring-related disputes

• Cross-border litigation and coordination with international offices

• Drafting procedural documents, legal opinions and strategic memoranda

• Representing clients before Luxembourg courts

You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on strategic cases, benefiting from direct exposure to clients and court practice. The structure encourages autonomy while providing strong technical supervision and mentoring.

Profile

• Fully qualified lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or List II), or in the process of qualifying

• 3-6 years of experience in litigation within a Luxembourg law firm

• Strong technical background in commercial, corporate or financial litigation

• Fluent in German and English (French is considered an asset)

• Excellent drafting skills and strong analytical abilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
