360° HR Officer - Your responsibilities:

As a core member of the HR department, you will act as a versatile point of contact, ensuring a seamless employee journey and supporting the firm's operational excellence.

• Lifecycle Excellence: Take full ownership of the employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to professional offboarding, including the drafting of contracts and legal amendments.
• Talent Support: Partner with management to identify top-tier talent and coordinate recruitment drives in a competitive market.
• Legal & Advisory: Serve as the go-to expert for staff regarding Luxembourgish labor law, internal policies, and social legislation.
• Learning & Growth: Design and coordinate tailored training programs and lead various "Ad Hoc" HR projects to enhance the workplace experience.
• Data Integrity: Maintain HR databases with precision and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.

360° HR Officer - Your profile:

• Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related business field.
• Local Expertise: You bring at least 2 to 3 years of HR experience within the Luxembourg market, ideally gained within the financial services or a regulated sector.
• Linguistic Skills: You are fluent in English and French. Proficiency in Portuguese is essential for this role to facilitate communication with specific local stakeholders and ongoing project partners.
• Mindset: You are recognized for your absolute discretion and organizational rigor. You thrive in fast-paced settings and can navigate shifting priorities with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
