Your Responsibilities :
As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will be involved in a wide range of high-level corporate matters, including:
Advising clients on corporate structuring, M&A, and private equity transactions
Managing complex cross-border transactions from A to Z
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and coordinating with other departments (tax, funds, finance)
Supporting and mentoring junior associates
You will be given real ownership of your files, while working closely with experienced partners on strategic matters.

Profile :
5 to 7 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer within a recognized law firm
Strong technical background in corporate law, M&A, and/or private equity
Fluent in French and English (both mandatory); German is a strong asset
Stable career path demonstrating commitment and consistency
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
