What you'll be doing:
- Supporting lawyers with document preparation, client correspondence, and case management.
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Managing files, tracking deadlines, and assisting with billing and administrative tasks.
- Being a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring excellence in service.
Who we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Billing Assistant, ideally in a law firm.
- Strong command of English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and supporting high-profile clients.
