Responsibilities & Impact
- Comprehensive Document Management: You will prepare and review a variety of high-stakes legal documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and exchange contracts. This central role ensures the legal integrity of every transaction, providing you with a deep understanding of the real estate lifecycle and positioning you as a key contributor to the firm's operational success.
- Strategic Stakeholder Coordination: You act as a vital bridge between the internal legal team and external partners such as notaries and lawyers to ensure seamless procedural workflows. This exposure to top-tier legal professionals expands your professional network and hones your ability to navigate complex administrative landscapes with ease.
- Regulatory Vigilance & Compliance: You will take charge of monitoring legal deadlines and maintaining KYC/AML obligations through dedicated software. - Digital Transformation & Support: You will actively participate in the department's digitalization by utilizing the internal NEO software and supporting legal experts during litigation preparation. Your Profile
- Educational Background: A degree in secretarial studies or a Bachelor's degree in Law (BAC+3) provides the ideal theoretical foundation for this role.
- Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and email management tools, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in French and Luxembourgish is expected to navigate the local market, while knowledge of German or English is a welcome asset.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience or a strong interest in contract drafting and real estate law will give you a significant advantage in hitting the ground running.
