Investment Funds Lawyer (3-7 years)

Introduction :

We are currently supporting several leading international law firms and top-tier financial players in Luxembourg in the recruitment of Investment Funds Lawyers with 3 to 7 years of experience.

These opportunities arise within well-established and growing teams advising a prestigious client base including asset managers, private equity houses, and institutional investors.

Responsibilities :

Depending on the structure, you will be involved in a broad range of funds-related matters, including:

• Advising clients on the structuring, formation, and ongoing management of investment funds (Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Debt, etc.)
• Drafting and reviewing key legal documentation such as LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements, and side letters
• Assisting with the launch of regulated and unregulated vehicles (AIFs, RAIFs, SICARs, SOPARFIs, etc.)
• Advising on regulatory and compliance aspects, including AIFM and CSSF-related matters
• Supporting clients on fundraisings and investor negotiations
• Working closely with international stakeholders on cross-border transactions and structures

➡️ You will develop strong technical expertise while working on complex and high-value fund structures.

Profile :

• Qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction
• 3 to 7 years of experience in Investment Funds within a law firm or in-house environment
• Strong technical knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures and regulations
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Fluent in English (French or German is a strong asset)
• Dynamic, detail-oriented, and comfortable in an international and fast-paced environment
