Our client is a leading law firm on the Luxembourg market, part of a strong international network with offices across major financial hubs worldwide. The firm is recognized for the quality of its legal expertise, its high-profile client portfolio, and its structured yet entrepreneurial working environment.
As part of its continued growth, the firm is looking to strengthen its Corporate practice with the hire of an experienced Corporate Lawyer.
Your Role :
You will be fully involved in advising a diverse and international client base, including private equity houses, multinational groups, financial institutions, and investment structures.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advising clients on corporate law matters, including incorporations, restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, and cross-border transactions
Drafting and reviewing corporate documentation (SPAs, shareholders' agreements, articles of association, board minutes, etc.)
Managing day-to-day corporate governance matters for complex structures
Coordinating with tax, banking, and funds teams on multidisciplinary transactions
Supervising and mentoring junior associates
Taking an active role in client relationship management and business development initiatives
You will work closely with partners and benefit from exposure to sophisticated transactions in an international environment.
Your Profile :
5 to 7 years of stable experience in corporate law within a reputable law firm
Strong technical background in Luxembourg corporate law
Fully fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
German is considered a strong asset
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high-quality standards
Commercial mindset and strong client-facing skills
