We are recruiting for an ambitious project to strengthen and grow the funds practice of a leading Luxembourg law firm. The firm seeks lawyers at all levels (junior, mid, senior, and partner) to handle international and German-speaking clients. This is a strategic initiative to develop the funds business and expand client portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Advise on the structuring, establishment, and ongoing management of investment funds.
- Draft, review, and negotiate fund agreements and regulatory documentation.
- Manage client relationships and ensure smooth communication with service providers.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Profile
- Previous experience in Luxembourg fund law.
- Fluency in French and English; German highly desirable.
- Experience handling international and German client portfolios (for partner level).
- Strong client management, technical expertise, and business development skills.
