Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Luxembourg, is looking for its future Governance Officer.
This will be a temporary contract of 2 months . Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilites :
- Support the organisation of Executive and Senior Management Committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, document circulation, and meeting logistics.
- Ensure accurate follow-up of senior management meetings by drafting minutes, summaries, and tracking decisions and action points.
- Contribute, when required, to the preparation of briefing notes for the Board.
- Help improve the organisation’s governance framework by suggesting and implementing enhancements to processes, policies, and working methods in line with best practices.
- Foster open communication and cooperation within the team and across the department, encouraging knowledge sharing and a positive working environment.
- Provide operational support to digitalisation and transformation initiatives relevant to the team’s activities.
- Assist in managing and further developing internal portals overseen by the team.
- Monitor and manage shared mailboxes and contact databases to ensure timely and accurate handling of information.
- Act as a back-up and provide support to other team members within the division when needed.
Your profile :
- A university degree, ideally at postgraduate level, in a relevant discipline such as business administration, law, political science, finance, or a comparable field
- At least three years of relevant professional experience, preferably involving institutional work, corporate governance, or policy-related activities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word, with good overall proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and openness to digital tools and platforms
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and concise documents
- Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to summarise complex information effectively
Your competencies :
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional EU languages is considered an asset
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills, combined with sound judgment, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
- Demonstrated flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work autonomously while also contributing positively to a team, fostering a collaborative, solution-oriented, and professional working environment
