Position: Director of Human Resources / HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR administration matters to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Manage employee relations, providing support and guidance on HR-related issues.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs to promote professional growth.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with management to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, Luxembourg labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and employee development.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
