Real Estate Jurist- Your Role :

We are looking for a Real Estate Jurist to join our Legal Department. As a key member of their team, you will be the first point of contact with the client, dealing directly with unfinished construction issues. This versatile and operational role requires a high level of commitment and a willingness to 'get your hands dirty'.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing legal files relating to town planning and property developments
• Drafting and reviewing property contracts
• Providing legal advice and support to the company's various teams
• Acting as the first point of contact with customers in the event of unfinished building projects
• Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments in property law

Real Estate Jurist - Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in law with a specialisation in real estate law
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the field
• Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish is a major asset
• Discreet, proactive personality, ready to perform
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Versatile and willing to get actively involved in problem solving

Real Estate Jurist - What We Offer :

• Salary of up to €120,000 gross per annum, paid over 12 months
• Discretionary bonus
