In the CRM Department we are looking for you as an

CRM Project Manager / Business Analyst (m/w/d) 

in Saarbrücken

Exciting tasks await you:

• Develop effective relationships with business units, divisions or groups of users and be the ambassador of the CRM.
• Collaborating with Business leads and Marketing central team to identify and define business and cross-system requirements and produce insights.
• Proactively handling incident reporting, tracking, and resolution, following the Group's best practices.
• Leading change management efforts to boost user adoption and enrollment, making the transition smoother for everyone involved.
• Contribute to building the product backlog, work closely with Business Key users to refine requirements.
• Write and validate User stories, developing functional specifications and ensure accuracy and clarity of the requirements.
• Preparation and handling of project committees and workshops.
• Project reporting and risks.

That's what inspires us about you:

• Successfully completed degree in computer science, mathematics, business administration with a focus on IT or completed (commercial) training with experience in the IT sector. 
• Strong attention to detail. Ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate written communication.
• Professional experience as a business analyst in IT, ideally in a banking environment
• Experience in Agile managed projects is a plus
• Proactive, dynamic, motivated, and a team player
• Strong German & English communication skills, French is an advantage. 
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to quickly establish and maintain positive work relationships with stakeholders, teams, and final users.
• Knowledge of project management processes, methods and standards as well as test management frameworks
