Client Relationship Manager – Chinese Speaker (m/f)

In order to support the growth of our Family Office – Accounting & Corporate team, we are currently looking for a:

Client Relationship Manager – Chinese Speaker (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of Luxembourg companies (with Chinese background) under LuxGAAP;
• Be responsible for preparing accounting and tax reports for periodic closings and annual financial statements;
• Provide corporate and administrative support to clients in accordance with regulatory requirements/company standards (e.g. prepare documents for client Board Meetings, prepare AML/KYC documentation…)
• Manage and develop a team of accountants;
• Be the key point of contact for customers and advise them on taxation and structure conception.

Must-Have requirements

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance/Accounting and/or an accounting professional qualification (e.g. ACCA);
• You have at least 5-7 years’ professional experience in a similar position within a fiduciary/service provider in Luxembourg;
• Your mother tongue is Chinese and you speak fluently English;
• You possess an extensive knowledge in accounting, Luxembourgish taxation and corporate law;
• You are rigorous with strong analytical skills;
• You demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks proactively and meet deadlines;
• You are customer and service-oriented;
• You have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
