Internship - Associate Relationship Manager (M/F)

Your next challenge:

You will be part of the Business Office team within the EU Business Owners & Family Offices line. During your placement, you will support the (Senior) Associate Relationship Managers and the team leader in the various day-to-day tasks relating to the Wealth Management client business.

• Management of basic day-to-day customer operations (receipt of requests, support in processing requests, data entry, checking and archiving)
  
• Controlling and monitoring specific processes for quality purposes
  
• Preparing customer appointments
  
• Support for data analysis and processing

Your skills:

• Ideally 2- or 3-years' higher education in finance/accounting
  
• Have an interest in the banking environment.
  
• Be methodical, autonomous, rigorous and organized
  
• Customer / result oriented
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel, Access is an asset)
  
• Team player / Stress resistant
  
• Fluent in French & English (German is an asset)
