The Group has set its focus on a Client Centric approach, supporting new investments for all client touch points and client data related processes and systems. Group IT Department is now organizing to reinforce its capabilities to further support the Group's ambitions.


Main missions:

As CRM IT manager, you are responsible within the IT department of the Group Customer 

Relationship Management solution (in-house development).

You are a strategic partner for the CRM Solution business team, with a deep functional understanding of Sales &,- Marketing related topics, enabling you to design and deliver the most relevant solutionsfor the Group.

You work hand in hand with the Product owner and the Software development team lead to coordinate all relevant IT resources in a cross-cultural and Agile organization (Germany / France / Tunisia), including 4 business analysts directly reporting to you.


More precisely, you are in charge of the following :

Design jointly an IT roadmap aligned to Business strategy, collect requirements, estimate and 

deliver the IT project portfolio. 

  • Ensure stability, high availability, cost effectiveness and appropriate performance of your application landscape.
  • Apply IT management policies and practices to your perimeter and ensure that your team is aware and apply them. 
  • Coordinate implementation of IT Regulatory and Security requirements.
  • Ensure good user support, monitor IT Quality of Service and proactively implement measures.
  • Monitor and report IT budget and costs to your business, ensuring alignment of our investments and run costs with Business and IT strategy.
  • Support your team in operational activities and be part of our Agile transformation.
  • Deliver ad hoc reports and status for governance and management purpose
  • Ensure stability and availability of your resources through recruitment, mutualization of the knowledge, proper documentation and onboarding of new resources.
  • Perform market watch on new technologies and making proactive propositions.
  • Manage and develop your direct reports to ensure growth within the Group


Profile

  • Strong leadership and drive to deliver solutions with business impacts
  • Intellectual curiosity; desire to constantly learn and continuously improve
  • Minimum 10 years of global IT experience, including 5 years in managing IT projects
  • Minimum 4 years working on Digital, CRM and/or Analytics solution 
  • Agile SCRUM certification 
  • Hands-on experience of in-house software development
  • Team management experience with hierarchical responsibilities over 3+ people


In addition

  • Domain functional expertise of at least one business line: Asset management, Capital Markets / Brokerage, Private Wealth Management
  • Full proficiency in English 
  • Experience in IT portfolio management (roadmap, budget, monitoring…)
  • Data: Analytics, data management and data quality
  • User of Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
  • German / French knowledge ideal.
