Job Description


Position: Business Assistant Manager/Officer

Corporate Banking Department


Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:


  • Responsible for the business line support of corporate banking business.
  • Responsible for the communication and coordination with Head Office and cross-border branches.
  • Responsible for analysis and report of business performance of corporate banking business
  • Formulates and allocates of KPIs of corporate banking business and supervision on the teams involved.
  • Plans and organizes relevant key marketing activities.
  • Responsible for the policy/procedure making process and following up the implementation progress.
  • Responsible for preparing the business meeting as per management and department request
  • Liaises with internal and external parties to fulfil tasks allocated by the Bank in relation to the corporate banking area.
  • Responsible for the administrative tasks of department and business line
  • Handles other tasks assigned by Head of Department.

 

Qualifications


Profile:


  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in banking sector – preferably in business development/or relationship management/or credit.
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business Related Studies.
  • Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation.
  • Knowledge on Corporate, Trade and Client Relationship.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages such as Mandarin will be considered as an asset.
