Your next challenge:
- Analyser les projets de financement immobilier et les financements spéciaux :
- Financement première acquisition ;
- Financement résidence secondaire ;
- Financement de bien destiné à la location.
- Appliquer et faire appliquer le modèle de distribution.
- Assurer le support après-vente.
- Partager ses connaissances et expériences avec les Housing Advisors plus juniors afin de les faire grandir dans leur rôle, être rôle modèle de coach sur le terrain.
Your skills:
- Accompagner le client dès le calcul de budget et couvrir les produits sous-jacents aux produits immobiliers :
- Assurance solde restant dû ;
- Aides étatiques et subventions (préparation et demande/utilisation) ;
- Combinaisons et structuration.
- Traiter les événements produits (OC, to do, …) et le support après-vente.
- Être en charge de :
- L'analyse des dossiers ;
- La préparation des offres et des dossiers (bilan, AML) ;
- La présentation aux comités de crédit ;
- Le suivi de l'offre jusqu'à la fin du processus ;
- La gestion du risque.
- Contribuer à la bonne collaboration et organisation au sein du team de manière à assurer en permanence un encadrement efficient de la clientèle.
- Par une écoute attentive du client, détecter ses besoins et l'orienter vers les spécialistes (cross-selling).
- Disposer d'un intérêt poussé pour le marché de l'immobilier (observatoire de l'habitat - géoportal - indice de la construction).
