Your next challenge:
- The Distribution and Structuring team within Products and Markets is responsible for the structuring, pricing, distribution and execution of Structured Products and other investment and financial products linked to derivatives for the whole bank, including the Private Bank, Corporate and Institutional Bank and Retail network.
- The candidate will be able to experience all aspects of the structured products business by supporting the members of the team on various day to day activities, ranging from transactional management and daily operational tasks, to assisting with the more commercial aspects of product launches, including product development, generating product ideas, pricing, creating product presentations, producing regulatory and marketing documentation (such as Termsheets and Key Information Documents).
- Furthermore, the candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in the team's ongoing projects, such as assisting with the automation of some of the processes performed by the team.
- Through these activities, the candidate will be able to work with various other teams within the bank, such as Operations, Risk, Advisory, Discretionary Portfolio Management, Trading, Legal and Compliance, as well as external counterparties.
Your skills:
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree, majoring in Finance, Economics and/or Banking, with a specific interest for Financial Markets.
- Fluency in English.
- An excellent command of the Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Knowledge and understanding of derivatives and / or structured products would be considered a plus.
- Programming skills would be considered a plus (such as VBA, Python).
- Strong communication, quantitative and analytical skills, with good problem-solving abilities.
