Your next challenge:
BIL needs to reshape its existing operating model, with the objective to design and deploy a 'fit for purpose' Target Operating Model (TOM) that will enable BIL to sustain its financial trajectory over the next 2 years and beyond, while continuing to effectively address the banking needs of its three core customer segments (Retail, Wealth, Corporate).
The TOM Delivery Manager is a critical, high visibility role reporting to the Head of Organization, Business Processes & Architecture, who will be:
- Managing & leading the successful delivery of multiple TOM related projects and initiatives within time, budget, scope and quality, ensuring that the expected business value has been generated;
- Ensuring the transition from Current Operating Model to the Target Operating Model, while considering the change, communication, behavior, and risks this entails
- Managing and facilitating workshops on various topics with C-level and N-1.
Providing clear and audience-aware communications and progress reporting for various Governance bodies and other stakeholders within the bank for informed decisions and governance; - Proactively managing and mitigating dependencies, issues and risks for own TOM related projects and initiatives as well as the Program as a whole;
- Acting as subject matter expert on the future TOM, helping to identify, scope, estimate and plan TOM related projects and initiatives. This may include taking the lead and/or carrying out studies and analysis;
- Acting as ambassador of the future TOM, helping to safeguard its integrity and championing it across the organization.

Your skills:

- Able to work with or leading a multi-disciplinary team in a matrix organization;
- Show emotional intelligence as well as good influencing skills, able to raise tough issues directly and decisively for discussion and action, seeking to solve potential issues collaboratively
- Project or Program management certification (PMI, Prince2, MSP) and/or Change Management (e.g. PROSCI) and/or demonstrable expertise in one of the following disciplines Waterfall/Agile/ SAFe/etc., is a plus
- A good knowledge of Banking in general and BIL in particular, ideally with in-depth knowledge in selected areas (e.g. front/middle/back, client offering, support functions, governance, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail
- 5 years+ project management experience with track record of having set up PMOs and led programs/projects independently
- Fully fluent (reading, writing, speaking) in French and English
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project), MS Teams proficiency
