Your next challenge:
We are currently looking for an experienced Talent & Leadership Development Manager to join our People Development department in Human Resources. In this role, you will be in charge to develop, design and set up assessment & development solutions for our Talent and Leadership professionals, as well as support the competences development in the Bank.
- Drive best practice in assessment & development needs analysis, design, development, and delivery
- Facilitate the design and implementation of dedicated development plans for Talent and Leadership professionals
- Manage the relationship with external consultancies
- Innovate in the use of assessment & development learning technologies and formats
- Monitor development activities, and improve the competency assessment & development framework in the Bank
Your skills:
- 10+ years' experience in Learning, Assessment, Development activities
- Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience with skills development gained in an HR department or other
- Experience in designing different Learning and Development solutions
- Fluency in both English and French - knowledge of Luxembourgish would be an asset
- Management experience of people and projects
- Local and international, partnership network
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution-oriented and problem-solver
- Excellent organization skills
- Creative and up to date in the design of different learning, assessment and development methods
- Knowledge of difference competences models management is a plus
