Senior Accountant - Real Estate focus - Flex & homeworking

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting functions, including preparing financial statements, VAT & CIT declarations, and balance sheets.
• Mentor and coach junior accountants while working alongside another team member to ensure accurate accounting practices.
• Conduct quarterly intercompany reconciliations, prepare financial reports, and provide insightful reporting to the manager and director.
• Primarily work with LuxGAAP, with knowledge of IFRS being a plus.
• Daily interaction with internal accounting teams and with other countries, working closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Book transactions, review the accounting of providers, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Senior Accountant - Your Profile:

• A bachelor's or Master degree in finance, accounting or audit.
• You have 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with strong knowledge of LuxGAAP (IFRS knowledge is an asset).
• Fluency in English is essential; any additional European language will be a plus.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• You're looking to make an impact and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Senior Accountant - We offer:

• They offer a salary based of 70,000€ Gross + discretionary bonus.
