The Luxembourg team consists of 200 professionals, working across Corporate, Banking, Tax, Fund, and Litigation departments.
Your Mission
As part of the Finance department, you will oversee the firm's billing and revenue processes, contributing to the achievement of its financial objectives. You will provide a structured and efficient service to the entire firm.
Junior Billing Officer - Your Responsibilities :
- Prepare and coordinate the client billing process, ensuring accuracy in charges.
- Carefully review invoices in compliance with established procedures before validation by partners and submission to clients (budget control, unbilled expenses, agreements).
- Manage and monitor electronic billing in collaboration with a dedicated team.
- Ensure timely and precise invoice transmission.
- Generate monthly reports for management.
- Work closely with the debt collection team.
- Handle internal and external billing inquiries.
Junior Billing Officer - Your Profile :
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration (Bachelor's level).
- Fluency in French and English; German is an asset.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- 2 to 4 years of billing experience, specifically in a law firm in Luxembourg.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg VAT regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and rigor.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
