Payroll Officer - Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure payroll compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to optimize payroll procedures.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Enhance payroll management processes and optimize tax benefits for employees to remain competitive in the market.
Payroll Officer - Qualifications :
- Around 3 to 5 years of experience either in fiduciary, service provider, law firm or commercial/industrial company.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficiency in Apsal, SMIII or Keypaye. Knowledge of Excel is a significant asset.
- Rigor and motivation are essential qualities.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
