The Global & European Procurement Strategy team supports each procurement category through the development of robust strategic recommendations, anticipation of market outlook scenario as well as specific strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities/missions
· On-boarding: define clear process for each location + update On-boarding path
· Analyze school mapping and build action plan on relationships with targeted schools
· Participate in Pulse survey: organization, results consolidation and analysis
· Support the team in Job levels mapping application
· Participate in Procurement Competency Framework reshuffle
· Update Intranet content: check content, work with graphic team on a new version
· Support organization on an EPO quarterly virtual day
Your profile
• Master level (Human Resources, Business administration)
• English spoken mandatory but any additional language will help
• Ability to summarize and realize synthesis of all the data / information collected
• Excel: good knowledge
