Supply Chain Data Analyst (H/F/X)

We are looking for a Data Analyst for our Hazelnut logistics team.
The role has the objective of supporting the operative activities of Hazelnut Company supply chain management in SAP.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Extraction of stocks & flows operations check, KPIs
- Daily data entries to create deliveries in SAP Modules
- Daily manage SAP SNC module and ensure that the third-party POs is arriving in SNC with the correct set up
- Verification and approval, for the in transit step, of the lots being shipped and being sold to Ferrero Lux
- Daily trigger invoice issuance by Administration and check their activity so that invoices are as per format requested by receiving country
- Prepare invoices for specific custom countries ( Brazil), and submit for signature to authorized person and mail them
Your Profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficient user of Microsoft office
- Knowledge of SAP ECC / BW
- Fluent In English
