ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is recruiting a Mid-Level ETL Developer (m/f).
In this role, you will work on-site at one of the leading EU institutions, contributing to large-scale data integration and data warehousing initiatives.
This position is ideal for a data professional who already has solid ETL experience and is ready to take more ownership in design, implementation, and optimization activities while collaborating with senior experts and stakeholders.
THE WORK:
- Actively participating in all stages of the data warehouse lifecycle, from analysis to implementation and maintenance.
- Designing and developing data models, data marts, and data warehouses aligned with business requirements.
- Taking ownership of ETL design, development, and enhancement activities.
- Performing capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of ETL workflows.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to ensure data quality, consistency, and optimal data modeling.
- Analyzing, reviewing, improving, and documenting existing and future ETL components.
- Contributing to architectural discussions and the continuous improvement of ETL and data warehousing solutions.
- Promoting and applying best practices for ETL development, documentation, and versioning.
Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships. Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- At least 3–5 years of proven experience in ETL development or data integration roles.
- Good working knowledge of Shell scripting.
- Solid experience with SAP Business Objects or similar reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex data structures.
- Good understanding of reporting methods, data quality concepts, and data warehouse design principles.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and oral).
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Hands-on experience with DataStage.
- Proficiency in French.
- Experience working in large, structured environments (e.g. public sector or EU institutions).
