YOUR ROLE
- Analyze business requirements and define use cases aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct SWOT analysis to select the most suitable AI/GenAI solutions.
- Assess the data landscape and evaluate data maturity to ensure readiness for AI integration.
- Design, train, test, and deploy AI models, including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, tailored to business needs.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoC) and deliver impactful demonstrations to large audiences.
- Optimize models and manage hyperparameters for maximum performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests for data pipelines to ensure robustness and accuracy.
- Validate data transformations and workflows through testing.
- Explore and implement agent-based architectures for complex, multi-step tasks.
- Perform rigorous validation and testing of models, including accuracy, bias detection, and stress testing, to ensure reliability before deployment.
YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field + 5 years of experience in a engineering field.
- Strong understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable insights.
- Familiarity with data maturity assessment, data governance, and large-scale data processing.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) models and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and familiarity with Agentic AI concepts for autonomous workflows.
- Expression problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
- Fluency in French and in English.
