Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Officer in Corporate Banking business development to join our international team.

As a part of a successful and growing international team, you will report to the Director of division/Senior Officer. With a well-established global network and strong reputation, this job opportunity will allow you to develop a career within our fast growing international Bank.


Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for client relationship management.
  • Launch credit application for corporate clients and follow up the process of credit approval.
  • Liaise with in-house or external lawyer to complete financing documentation process.
  • Conduct and fulfil KYC and KYB compliance requirements.
  • Responsible for financing products provision and post-lending management.
  • Participate in corporate related financing products and deposit products development.
  • Organize internal resources for provision of high quality comprehensive corporate banking products and services to corporate clients.
  • Support corporate business development of sub-branches.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to fulfil tasks allocated by the Bank in relation to the corporate banking area.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by Supervisors. Actively monitor all the projects assigned by the Head office and solve problems to keep projects moving forward. Report and escalate issues as needed.
  • Leverage strong analytical expertise to fulfill jurisdictional requirements.
  • Liaise with BOC Head Office and domestic network to support the development of Projects in HR management

 

Qualifications


Profile (Technical Skills):

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business Related Studies.
  • Professional skills and knowledge on corporate banking business and client relationship management.
  • 2 years of professional experience is minimum, depends on the titles in application.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, Chinese is preferred.
