Relationship Manager F/M

Syndication and Structured Finance Department

Job purpose:

We are currently recruiting a Relationship Manager with min. 3 years’ work experience, preferably in Loan syndication to join the Syndication and Structured Finance Department.

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

• Drafting credit proposals and credit analysis.
• Executing deals from start to finish.
• Managing the post lending process, annual reviews, risk classification, ratings update, ad hoc reporting requirement.
• On-boarding of new clients, KYC.
• Organize trainings.
• Cross selling to internal departments.
• Market and sector research.
• Providing technical support to cross-border branches.
• Liaising with internal and external audit.

Qualifications

Profile (Technical Skills):

• Good analytical skills (CFA qualification is an advantage)
• Strong financial analysis capability
• Basic legal knowledge for cross checking Facility agreements
• Attention to details

Profile (Soft Skills):

• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Banking, or Business related studies.

Experience

Min. 3 years’ related working experience.

Language skills

• English and Chinese
• French, German (optional)
