YOUR MISSION

  • Monthly and quarterly management and client reporting
  • Maintaining and analysing key client data
  • Managing cash reporting and bank accounts
  • Working together with the legal department on service level agreements, sub-lease agreements as well as domiciliation agreements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Handling ad-hoc client requests and assisting with project work

YOUR PROFILE

  • Educational background in the area of business administration, economics or similar
  • Well organized and strong analytical skills
  • Proactive with the ability to work autonomously 
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and proactive communication skills
  • Fluency in English, German is considered an asset
  • Confident in handling bigger data sets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically with Excel
