As an intern/working student in our accounting department, you will gain insights into…

• The preparation and compilation of daily accounting activities of our Luxembourgish companies
• The preparation of financial statements according to the Luxembourg accounting standard (Lux GAAP)
• Close cooperation with clients, auditing companies and lawyers
• Economic as well as legal aspects of existing corporate and tax structures in Luxembourg

As an intern/working student in our legal department, you will gain insights into…

• Administering and filing of legal documents
• Gathering and organizing signatures
• Maintaining and updating share registers and databases

As in intern/working student in our compliance department, you will gain insights into…

• Periodically reviewing existing policies and procedures
• Performing the due diligence on new clients
• Communicating effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents

YOUR PROFILE

• You are currently enrolled in an university in the field of Business Administration, Economics or similar
• You are looking for an internship for a period of 6 months or a working student position with 15h/week for a minimum of 6 months
• You are eager to learn and motivated and would like to gain insights into the exciting world of the financial service sector
• You are comfortable working independently as well as in a team and you already have some knowledge of Excel
• You are fluent in English, German and/or French are an advantage
