What you'll be doing:

You’ll play a critical role in keeping Bizcap’s lending engine running smoothly - from first approval through to funding and recoveries, bridging the gap between our customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Manage the end-to-end processing of SME loans - from documentation and approvals to funding and recoveries.
• Communicate with partners and customers to provide deal updates, clarify loan terms, and support enquiries with professionalism and care.
• Conduct funding calls to confirm customer understanding of key terms, repayment obligations, and conditions prior to disbursement.
• Review contracts, run credit checks, and maintain accurate, compliant loan records across systems including Salesforce, DocuSign, and internal servicing tools.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth deal flow, timely approvals, and consistent data integrity.
• Support recoveries by following up on overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations.

• Experience working in lending or financial services
• Experience working with customers (account management/customer service)
• Background: Legal, paralegal, or similar
