Description

  • Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee talent management, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the banking sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French or German is an asset.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
