Internship E-Commerce
Main duties:
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Project Participation: Actively contribute to ongoing e-commerce initiatives across web, mobile
apps, and digital advertising channels.
- Quality & Support: Manage client feedback and complaints while maintaining strict quality
control across all digital channels.
- Sales & CRM: Support
the execution of sales campaigns, e-CRM actions, and integrated online
promotions.
- Optimization & Content: Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and continuous
online content improvements.
- Data Analysis: Support Google Analytics
monitoring and provide data-driven insights from a sales perspective.
- Copywriting: Provide editorial and
copywriting support for websites and promotional activities.
- Market Research: Conduct
benchmarking and market studies to identify and derive new online sales
opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Assist
the E-Commerce team with daily operations and serve as a functional backup
when necessary.
Required profile:
Required Profile
- Drive: A self-starter with high
energy and the determination to achieve goals; proven ability to multitask
and prioritize without compromising quality.
- Digital Expertise: Strong
foundational understanding of current digital marketing concepts,
strategies, and industry best practices.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, statistics, and sales analytics to drive
decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written
communication skills with a sharp eye for editing and detail.
- Languages: Fluency in English is
required. Proficiency in German and/or French is a
significant asset; additional languages (Portuguese, Italian, or Spanish)
are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and a functional understanding of basic AI
tools/applications.
