For our department IS & O within General Services, we are looking for a (an):
IT Project Manager (m/f/x)
Main duties:
- Define technical project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path and the dedicated project costs
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Be the key contact with other departments on the dedicated projects
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors
- Conduct project debriefing and develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Depending on the project, be the responsible for execution or coordination of support tasks
- Occasionally act as a deputy for other team members
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria:
- Be holder of a bachelor degree “BAC& 3” in Information Technology, Sciences, Economy or equivalent combination of education and experience on a similar position
- Provide a proven experience in Project Management
- Have strong leadership skills
- Demonstrate a strong affinity for a wide range of software applications
- Have user skills in project management tools and applications
- Have an advanced command of standard office applications
- Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)
- Accept Duty Travel
- Have good presentation skills

- Must provide an effort in the undeveloped language
- Shall learn and apply new technologies
- Be able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

The ideal candidate:
- Be certified in project management practises
- Have knowledge and / or experience in the field of airline and tour operator systems
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as an asset
