Training Coordinator (m/f/x)
Missions :
Main Duties:
- Ensure Catering training complies with regulatory and legal standards, while consistently supporting service quality and food safety.
- Act as process owner for the Catering training and competency management framework, ensuring staff competence and operational consistency.
- Identify training needs based on regulatory requirements, audits, incidents, operational performance and business priorities.
- Develop, implement and monitor the Catering Training Plan, ensuring effectiveness, reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Design, maintain and control clear, accurate and approved training materials, ensuring document control and traceability.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions to ensure teams are fully prepared, qualified and operationally effective, and maintain complete training records.
- Monitor on-the-job application of training through on-site checks and address competence gaps via targeted refresher actions.
- Support internal, customer and regulatory audits, investigations and corrective/preventive actions related to training and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement by adapting training programs to evolving regulatory, operational and customer needs.
Profil requis:
Minimum required criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in training coordination, competence management, or operational training.
- Understanding of regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively as a team player.
- Customer-focused with strong sense of ownership
Desired or to be acquired criteria
- Experience in regulated environments (EASA, ISO, HACCP, SMS).
- Awareness of operational performance metrics and ability to link training outcomes to business results.
- Willingness to develop professionally in regulatory, quality, and operational excellence domains.
The ideal candidate
- Knowledge of French, German, Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset.
