For our department Contracting and Product Support Departme within
Summer Students, we are looking for a (an):
Summer Student - Product & Contract Support (m/f/x)
Main duties:
- Ensure general assistance and administrative tasks
- Prepare and provide various documents & statistics
- Entry and updating of hotel data in the contracting system
- Support & handling special offers treatment
- Prepare & support of occasional projects
Required profile:
Profile (required
criteria or to be acquired):
- Finalizing his/her studies in tourism
- Be able to work independently and organized
- Work carefully, focused and well structured
- Be familiar in standard applications of MS office
- Be trilingual (English, French and German) – Knowledge of Luxemburgish and of any other language will be considered an asset
Dates :
- Missions entre le 04/05/2026 et le 21/08/2026 (4 weeks at least - 8 weeks max)
