Responsibilities
As Senior AML KYC Manager, you will:

Lead and mentor high-performing teams focused on onboarding, periodic reviews, and transaction monitoring.

Take full ownership of the Periodic Review lifecycle to ensure strict adherence to regulatory deadlines.

Act as the primary senior contact for clients, managing escalations for complex structures and high-risk matters.

Partner with the Compliance Officer to adapt first-line procedures in line with evolving CSSF regulations.

Oversee delegated activities and offshore operations to maintain robust governance frameworks across the group.
Profile

Proven expertise as a Senior AML KYC Manager with at least 8 years of experience in the Luxembourg fund industry.

Solid background in people management, demonstrating the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive operational excellence.

Fluent in English; a strong command of German or French is considered a distinct advantage for this Senior AML KYC Manager position.
