Your role

  • Act as the technical payroll lead for implementations, mainly for international clients, in collaboration with other stakeholders (internal and external) including our main global partner ADP
  • Understand the needs and requests of the clients
  • Understand and audit the payroll (components and processes) of the clients and make sure to successfully technically implement the payroll to make sure it runs efficiently as from the go live of the services
  • Be in charge of all technical tasks during the implementation (from technical configurations and backup calculations to the first months of payroll and handover to the future payroll consultant)
  • Explain processes to other stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Ensure daily monitoring of the project plan in relation to the technical tasks and administrative tasks of implementations
  • Actively participate in various meetings/calls with clients in the implementation phase
  • Review the internal processes in place and assist in updating documentation
  • Optimize work processes to improve efficiency and give feedback to the clients and the team
  • Potentially manage, alongside the implementations, other projects linked to the clients with the team in place

 

Your profile

  • Ideally, you have a degree in HR/Management
  • Fluent in French and English (both oral and written)
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg tax and social legislation
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a payroll consultant in Luxembourg
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel essential); knowledge of Apsal tool is considered an advantage
  • Solution-oriented, client-oriented, open-minded, and team player
  • Excellent communicator, stress-resistant and well-organized to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, flexible
  • Analytical and synthesizing mindset
  • Interested in challenges
  •  Autonomous and able to manage several priorities simultaneously
