Senior Payroll - Your responsibilities:

• Managing the monthly production of pay slips for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Supervise the management of the social secretariat.
• Ensuring the accuracy of payroll calculations.
• Keeping employee files up to date, including tracking absences and illnesses.
• Responding to clients' questions and requests concerning payroll and social regulations.
• Train and mentor junior members of the payroll team.

Senior Payroll - Your profile:

• Degree in Human Resources or specialised training in payroll management.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a payroll management position, preferably in a fiduciary services company or equivalent in Luxembourg.
• Fluency in German and English required, knowledge of French an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of payroll calculations, labour law, social security and social contributions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
• Autonomous, respect for deadlines and a strong sense of customer service.
