Our client is an important and famous Bank located in Kirchberg in Luxembourg. They are offering a permanent contract for a Wealth management client service officer.

An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Wealth Management segment of the Bank. The candidate has the chance to become the main and reliable contact for Senior Relationship Managers. He is part of a dynamic and highly motivated team. The Service Executive Team is an international team working within a diverse environment in one of the most attractive segments with growth opportunities. The candidate's goal is to maximize client satisfaction as well as establishing credibility and trust, maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity. The candidate is in touch with bank-internal specialists (products, credit, risk, legal, compliance, operations) and handles complex account related queries and execution of all tasks and processes of the life-cycle of a Wealth Management account.


The candidate supports senior relationship managers from coverage teams to identify new opportunities and undertaking research requests. Document client profiles for onboarding purposes. He interacts with clients and their representatives during onboarding stage and KYC process. He maintains close contact with clients in conjunction with the assigned relationship manager. He assists in preparing client meetings and provides comprehensive overview about the bank, products and services. He drafts minutes when present in client meetings. He interacts with clients on a recurring basis for operational matters. He performs periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and within deadlines. He provides execution services of all kinds of transaction services requirements and product application processes: payments, deposits, loans, security transactions, statements. He contributes to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance client services.

The candidate has at least 3 years of experience within Wealth Management and/or Private Banking. He acquired understanding of bank policies, processes and services. He has good problem-solving skills, multitasking and attention to detail. He has strong teamwork and organizational skills, he's able to work under strict deadlines. He's client-centric and has excellent communication skills. He has positive attitude, he is solution oriented and has dynamic working approach. Excellent German and English language skills, other languages are an advantage.
