Incident Manager (M/W/X)

CTG PSF is an IT Services Company dedicated to various clients mainly in the financial sector.

 We are currently hiring an Incident Manager (M/W/X) for one of our customer.

Your missions

• You lead the resolution of major incidents, communicate progress on incident resolution and escalate critical incident,
• You are engaging with internal and external IT service providers to ensure service delivery aligns with targets, ensure smooth interface operations, and assess their requirements for processes and service management tools.
• You are in charge to enhance processes and tools, monitor performance through key performance indicators and regularly report to stakeholders,
• You work closely with other process managers to ensure smooth process interfaces and maintain consistency across different processes,
• You train and advise stakeholders for projects programs, infrastructure,
• You ensure effective coordination and communication with different IT Teams,

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or another relevant field,
• You have at least 3 years of experience in IT process management and/or IT service management,
• You have a first concrete experience in Incident Management and good general understanding of IT,
• You are able to speak English and French,
• You are familiar with ITIL and ideally have ITIL Foundation certification,
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel and Powerpoint),
• You are a real team player able to propose new solutions,
• You are open to ensure duty activities when required.
