  • You will take responsibility for a portfolio of companies, overlooking A to Z transactions including maintenance of accurate accounting records, cashbook entries, expenses, and payroll record keeping and posting of all necessary month/year-end transactions.
  • Analysis of legal documentation (sales or purchase agreements, loan agreements, etc.).
  • You will be responsible for preparing annual accounts according to Lux GAAP, Tax returns, periodic and annual VAT returns and regulatory returns (BCL reports)
  • Handling inquiries from auditors, clients, and tax authorities, as well as addressing internal accounting-related issues, will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with various clients
  • Reporting on client needs and demands will be essential.
  • Assisting with other accounting projects to improve the efficiency of the accounting processes will be part of your job including the guidance to the junior Accountant(s)
  • You will stay informed of accounting, regulatory, tax and legal changes which impact the job role and advise management on needed actions.


  • Diploma in Accounting, Audit, or Finance
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in a fiduciary
  • Familiarity with Luxembourg GAAP
  • Excellent written and verbal French communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Proactive and initiative-driven
  • High level of autonomy
  • Organized and methodical approach
