The successful candidate will be a key part of the Business Process Management team as an experienced Business Process Designer and will be responsible for standardizing and harmonizing business process landscape throughout the Plansee Group ( including Ceratizit ).
Your tasks:
Provide overall project management coordination and planning of business process design and implementation, lead Process standardization & process improvement projects
Establish and operate the information system necessary for effective business process management
Facilitate the Global Process Owner organization throughout Plansee / Ceratizit Group, establish and maintain Global Process Owner, Process Owner, Key User network
Ensure overall process logic, foster process thinking end to end throughout the organization. trigger knowledge transfer, harmonize and standardize processes globally throughout the organization
Review processes, monitor interdependencies and ensure successful lean process design, support the organization with process documentation
Identify harmonization potential of processes across divisions using Data-Driven process mining tools ( Celonis, SAP Signavio, etc)
Identify training needs, design and provide process modelling training (BPMN 2.0)
Your profile:
Degree in: Quality Management, Economics or related discipline
Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Proven ability to work in cross-functional environment, drive complex initiatives, self-driven & proactive mindset
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Excellent working knowledge using MS Office and data management software. Experience with Process mining tool and SAP S4 Hana would be considered as plus, BPMN 2.0 & Process management knowledge is an asset.
Flexibility to travel across projects in Europe
Ideally 2-5 years of work experience
Advanced English is a must, French and / or German considered as plus
