TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and maintain technical Building equipments (Electric, HVAC, GTC, Fire central, Access Control, Sanitary…)
- Handle internal service orders including regular and preventive maintenance allocated
- Assist with the installation, repair and troubleshooting on electrical Installations and shop machinery (BT-h/v)
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment as per recommendation of the AAA (ISO 701/702)
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment (First aid equipment, fire extinguishers, evacuation equipment...)
- Perform moving of personnel and their equipment
- Repair and maintain office furniture
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Secondary technical education or accomplished technical apprenticeship in a relevant field (Diploma DT)
- Being proactive and eager to learn
- Taking initiatives and leading by example
- Ability to work in team as well as independently
- Ability to work hands-on and being interested in technical aspects
- Being open-minded and relating comfortably with diverse groups of people
- Relevant work experience is considered as an advantage
- Experience with Programable Logical Controller (SpeicherProgrammierbare Steuerung) is an advantage
- Fluency in English, other languages are considered as an advantage, especially Luxembourgish and German
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid class B Driving license (regular cars)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
- Working hours are fixed but may be adjusted on a very occasional basis.
- Working on some weekends may be required at later stage (ex: weekend "on call" service)
