Our client, a well-established holding company with over 10 years of expertise, is seeking a Senior Corporate Officer specializing in Alternative Investment Funds. This company, located in Gasperich, has a small, agile team of less than 30 people, fostering a collaborative and personalized work environment.
Senior Corporate Officer - Your Role :
- Review and coordinate corporate documents (agreements, contracts).
- Handle bank account openings.
- Organize board meetings and prepare necessary documentation (minutes, PoAs).
- Address client queries and coordinate cross-border transactions.
- Liaise with clients, lawyers, and banks.
- Support compliance, facilitating AML/KYC processes.
- Manage corporate filings and maintain internal databases.
Senior Corporate Officer - Your Profile:
- Strong experience of minimum 4 years as a Corporate Officer with a focus on alternative investment funds.
- Fluent English required; French and Italian are a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Senior Corporate Officer - What We Offer :
- Competitive salary up to €80,000.
- Flexible hours (arrivals until 9:30 AM, departures from 4:30 PM).
