Our client, a prestigious law firm located in Luxembourg city is seeking for a talented Investment Fund Lawyer to join their team. Within this structrure you will work in a small team in modern and bright offices that will give you peace of mind to ensure that your work is always of the highest quality. Moreover, this opportunity will give you the chance to take on a wide range of tasks that will help you develop your skills.
Investment Fund Lawyer : The Function
- Advise clients on the legal structuring of investment funds (UCITS, AIFs).
- Draft and review fund prospectuses, offering documents, and constitutional documents.
- Conduct due diligence for fund transactions, mergers, and restructuring.
- Draft and negotiate agreements, including investment management agreements, depositary agreements, and distribution agreements.
- Provide guidance on cross-border fund distribution and passporting procedures.
Investment Fund Lawyer : Your Profile
- You hold a Master in Law or in a similar field
- Fluent in French and English (any other languages will be a plus)
- You have a deep knowledge of Investment Fund (AIF/UCITS)
- Previous experience of at least 5 years as an Investment Fund Lawyer (List 1 or 4) in Luxembourg is mandatory for this position
- You are a proactive person, able to work in autonomy but also to be part of a team
- You own strong analysis skills completed by good communication skills
